I agree with your thoughts Greg and I think they will be doing just that. I also do not think it would be prudent to open the doors to the new plant in July after the 60 day test is complete before lifting a finger. I would assume they already know some things in the structure itself will not change and will get started on the basics and of course make any and all changes or whatever is needed as they arise. One of the problems stated long ago was getting materials from suppliers in large quantities. To start the process now doesn't seem out of line to me.
