The only way for 3DIcon to get funding from NASA is through SBIR grants or SEED funding. I can tell you right now that NASA will not fund a pinksheets or bulletin board stock directly with SEED funding. If SpaceDev (look them up) could barely get fund and its entire business was geared toward space/aerospace, 3DIcon isn't going to get a billion dollars from NASA.
