There are no assets, WMMRC is just an empty shell that has over 5.5 Billion in NOL's attached to it, which means Equity has to stay intact to realize the value of them. We need an extra 375M and Equity gets the company, I am sure SG will come up with something to prove they have control..JPM was given everything by the FDIC and complicit BOD of WMI.

That is why Solomon has not walked in with the pot of gold, because JPM has the gold..
