Don...i've had something on my mind. It partains to the asset list as well as Weil/Rosen's conflict of interest. Many people have stated the reason Rosen has not relinquished an asset list to the EC is because he has labeled the list as attorney/client privelege. If there is no conflict, does that not mean we are his clients and have a right to the asset list he and his hedge fund masters have? Rosen's refusal to share that info is a blatant COI. From day one Rosen said he represented the EC's interests....I think this is an issue that needs to be pressed also. In her opinion Walrath stated that there was no evidence of a conflict....if even she really believed that to be true there would have never been any need for Susman. Is it that difficult to obtain an asset list or prove COI? Or am I missing something?
