There is only SO MUCH that AVTC can tell amnyone who calls.

I'm surprised that they let people visit the assembly plant.

AVTC is in a position of limited disclosure because THEY are NOT the owners of POPN, nor the N9000s they manufacture.

I'm sure they are bound by NDAs (or contracts) and also would not want to divulge anything about POPN that the SEC could consider material information that the company would be bound to disclose to all publicly at the same time.
