Was Roger Glenn "a Mole"? No doubt RG has past and longstanding connections with the SEC. Is it possible he was shuffling his feet a bit or not pushing CMKX along in a totaly forthright manner? Why would Mr. M. state that the new securities team is taking care of past mishandling of issues. Now if Roger Glenn is indeed not with CMKX any more it "may" appear he has been dismissed by Mr. M. Consider the other company affiliations with the fine E & A law firm if you will, and what some of their motives may have been. Perhaps not a "mole", but who knows all the pressures with all the issues involved...short, nite, citibank, debeers, SEC, market makers, and our pristine government.
