interesting to see the longs casting a shadow of doubt on RG's involvement, all of a sudden. So the "non-CMKX supporters" may have been right all along. Mr. Glenn's involvement may come out on the 25th of April, perhaps.
Was Roger Glenn "a Mole"? No doubt RG has past and longstanding connections with the SEC. Is it possible he was shuffling his feet a bit or not pushing CMKX along in a totaly forthright manner?
No. He'd be disbarred for that. An attorney's primary obligation is to his client.
