"Insider Information", I believe Guyer would be aloud to inform his family.
Maybe Kopertop is a second cousin twice removed or step nephew/niece or the like.
Always remember, Family is Family!

And there's a very simple reason for no PR: there's Nothing to say!
You could lose all the Important announcements over the last few years in a thimble.

How long can people go on making excuses for Weak or No performance? And does Guyer still get paid $20,000 a month?
