Instructions for CAFC Visit

When you get there tell security you are going to the Clerk's Office. You will get a visitor badge ( a sticky that will fall off in about 5 minutes). Go to the fourth floor and just off the elevator is the glass enclosed Clerk's Office. Ask the receptionist for the case files and the briefs for Case # 2010-1093.

She will go get several folders that are each about 6-8" thick. You will have to sort through and find the ITC brief and the Nokia brief. You might also want to look at any recent correspondence. There is a copy machine in the room, but it is often in use by people from a copy service. It only costs .15/page (you can buy a card like at a Kinko's). There's only one machine and you can't take the files out of the room, so if it is busy, you will have to wait. You might want to look at a product like this.....
