My preference would be a merger if the parties could agree for Matt to stay the CEO. But you're right about one thing, CCEL has more to lose than us at this point. I don't see CCEL having a legal basis to stop our acquisition but I'm not a lawyer. Either way I see this as good for CBAI.

Going to be a little nippy at the game today.

Don't worry about the mule going blind just load the wagon.
