The big question is what do they believe the value is? Looks like there might be a bidding war about to take place. I would be surprised if Matt entertains any offers thou. But like they say everything is for sale if the price is right. I just don't see matt selling after all he has accomplished. But 200 million dollars is a lot of money.

assets could fetch as much as 2300 bucks per asset and with 100000 assets thats a nice buisness move. I definitly wouldn't mind that. Actually it would be a nice buisness move on his part.

Terrific shareholder value in a deal like that.

I can't see that this lawsuit holding water thou. CCEL loses all around if they keep pursueing it. There best bet is to offer CBAI licensee deal and collect royalties. This way they lose very little in this deal. I'm sure the cost of licensee can be negotiated to the benefit of both parties involved.

Name recognition in Mex stays the same just a different owner.
