Like Karin says, until we know the basis of the lawsuit we have no clue what CCEL is thinking. I'm sure they will announce something Monday. Another thought is if CCEL actually was trying to hold down our share price using VFIN hoping to stop the deal, and that failed, maybe now they will make us a buy-out offer. They are sitting on a lot of cash. If you followed CCEL's share price after they were offerred a buy-out deal it went straight up. Could that be the next move for CCEL, to make a move to buy us out? Don't know but it could be the main reason they filed the suit. IMO the China deal is the key here for us. If that deal is still as good as it was first announced, it's worth a lot.
Don't worry about the mule going blind just load the wagon.
