Chowder...Re old news:

IMO, the taxpayers will pay the entire cost....what is a State University? Where does the money come from? Who really cares? Who is accountable? How many huge hacking breaches resulted in TCG business? People who run this enterprise are probably well protected as to accountability....but this is just my view....I'm probably naive & incorrect. This sort of hacking greatly disturbs the lives of individual victims & who really cares?....thats about all there is to it. IMO
