Who will pay for this mass mailing, the 12 month security monitoring, etc?

Just taxpayers. Like all the other expensive breaches, I cant imagine the phones ringing at TCG vendors over this. The beat goes on. When I had my private office, I played the rules, had liability ins.....nonchalance wasnt part of my life. I think I made a mistake somewhere along the line.
