Yes you are right The investor would really not get in trouble. But why would a CEO give inside info to a investor calling and asking questions. There is no need for that!! He would just put it out in a PR. But as you can see that when we call JS what a rosy picture he shows. And when we question him a few weeks later why it did not happen. He says he misunderstood the CEO or we misunderstood him. Since you have been a investors here. How many diff. things that has been said came true?? We are being fed BS and no one gets in trouble for that. I am not complaining just pointing out that if we are being fed lies and not in writing no one has a problem.
