Orangeman3, counter argument... if the investor who is calling and talking to the CEO has no idea that the info is inside info, IMO that investor has no liability. The CEO does though. IMO that info now becomes in the public domain, and the CEO may have some answsering to do as HOW it ended up in the public domain.
