I am glad Howard just repeated what others on this board have already stated about the grounds for appeal being mostly as a result of gross misconduct, although anyone could always try for any reason, the main reason is only for gross misconduct. Good news which just reinforces what we already knew because of the great work by everyone on this board. Now those investors who don't follow the board know the same thing.
