I kind of agree with catz in the formality of objecting, but I fully expect Susman if he does so to not show all the juice he has. He is a smart guy and any smart guy knows its best to hold out on your enemies and hit them when it hurts the most.

So my theory is even if we do see something it wont go into great detail or at least no publicly yet... I say yet because a lawyer like Susman should always leave an out for the enemies to come to the table and deal to avoid the cost of further litigation.



Redaction leads us to believe that EC is using information in the Sealed Documents in their Objection, however, at the same time adhering to the Non-Disclosure they signed with Debtors, et al.

So we won't see the info, but the Debtors will.

Makes you wonder what is in the sealed documents. Good thhing Hoffman filed their/his motion re: unsealing sealed documents and WMI took the time to object to it. ha ha
