I kind of agree with catz in the formality of objecting, but I fully expect Susman if he does so to not show all the juice he has. He is a smart guy and any smart guy knows its best to hold out on your enemies and hit them when it hurts the most.

So my theory is even if we do see something it wont go into great detail or at least no publicly yet... I say yet because a lawyer like Susman should always leave an out for the enemies to come to the table and deal to avoid the cost of further litigation.

Just my thoughts of course.

I am really looking forward to the UST objection and im still reading some of the others already up.

Its an interesting observation to me about which parties are talking about the rigged voting process and how the opt in/out trap door is complete bull.

I expect hosen to need a colostamy bag soon ...lol. AIMO of course.
