I guess we disagree. Sure he can revisit it, but then we can revisit also. They dropped it to stay in this court and prevent transfer. I would guess if he comes back then Calypso can then come back with other claims also. The stipulation agreement tells Tmob who they are dealing with right now and that is the only thing that is important. Who has ownership in the future is irrelevant after a deal is made. That's why it is important that Tmob makes a deal now. Do you think Tmob will get a better deal with anyone else seriously? Calypso is the only one that needs the deal, thus the best deal. Let's assume Verizon wins the auction of the patent. Wouldn't they like to see Tmob out of business? What kind of deal do you think they would make Tmob ? Let's face it if you own the patent you don't have to give everybody the same deal.

I don't think the judge will allow an extension. Tmob knew what the situation was and an extension does not guarantee the state case will be over with another extension. So with an uncertain date, you are holding the Federal Court hostage so to speak. I don't think the judge would want his court held hostage like that. I guess we just disagree.
