You may not care, but I am sure T-Mobile does ... and Diac did not drop the request for turnover with prejudice. He can revisit that request at any time. So until the final settlement of the state court dispute there is no guarantee to T-Mobile that they will be dealing with the ultimate owners of the patent.

While I am cautiously optimistic I think it is somewhat naive to believe that we will have a settlement with T-Mobile before the end of the 90 day stay sometime in the second week of December (not sure the exact date). I expect that we will see an extension to the stay. That extension should not be feared, but I expect that with everyone claiming a deal is eminent it will have a significantly negative affect on the share price.

I guess I should start collecting some more dry powder ...
