The fact that judges are above the law is a beautiful thing if you are rich enough but the worst possible scenario if you are an individual investor hoping to be protected in a land of laws.

The law is the law until the judge decides differently and makes their decision sound, in writing, like it is the law.

The pre filing conditions and a clear expected outcome based on the review of the existing law should be instigated in our judicial system so that lawyers and judges can not run this justice system by the seat of their pants. The result of cases meeting minimum written commitments to basic pre filing conditions and a stated desired outcome before hand so as to review current law in respect to the desired outcome seems very reasonable to me!
