General, no there hasn't. Not that "no news is good news" but I would anticipate that by now something would have come out if it were serious. Additionally, anything else would typically take years to resolve, so there shouldn't be anything on the short term radar regarding this. Thirdly, this is just my opinion.
As an aside I do agree there are a number of things happening that seem to indicate that Wave will be generating meaningful revenues.
Q4 should be better than Q3, but less than we all want. Q1 - the quarter that we are in, should be even better with the addition of Dell to the pipeline. Although Dell's relationship really only officially started in late February, I believe some sales were probably made ahead of time as beta accounts, but they still paid full price. Q2, the quarter that will start in a few weeks is really going to be a driving quarter, imo. I think Q2 will give us an idea of what to really expect for Q3. Q2 revenues won't be released until August, but news should be out before then. Q3 will probably be a significant time for Wave considering the availability of TPM1.2 platforms and mobile deployment inching ever so close. So I think by November of this year, impressions will be completely changed if things continue to go as they are now. Things are starting to move quickly, and they seem to be accelerating.
