I've been lurking for a long time, but rarely post. Since I've been long since 1996, I'm very encouraged by the recent events. It looks like we're finally on the verge of meaningful revenues.

But I'm concerned that there are some skeletons in the closet that will make it hard to get decent analyst coverage as well as institutional buy-ins. And those skeletons are the SEC investigation as well as all of those lawsuits.

Has there been any news recently regarding either the SEC investigation or the lawsuits?
