BC, same here. I learned by doing and directly experiencing success and failure. Low float = low supply. The MM will drive the price upward under buying pressure.

If the outstanding shares go up, but the float remains constant we may be ok. Depends on how much restricted/employee shares are out there.

A company buyback would be more beneficial to a reverse split.
