I'm telling you...when bid gets that close the the ask someone thinks, "I'm getting out now...here's my chance." Then they try to sell a bunch of share at .0036 in this case and there is only a bid for 5000 shares. Ask is now replaced w/ .0036 (for however many shares that person was trying to dump) and bid retreats to .003 in this case.

Now the person is probably pissed off so they do a market sell and it rips through and support we have and the process starts all over again!

It was probably some flipper who picked up 22's through 25's and 36's looked really good!
