The site is over restricted area and may not need FAA approval to be flown or tested. We use to test and fly RPV (Remotely Piloted Aircraft), Target Drones, before they were called UAV, over Military Restricted Areas and only need the approval when we ventured into National Airspace and had to be equipped with transponder code for identification. The area is controlled by the local agency and must meet their approval and scheduling.
As to the Inspectors we are not talking about some local nobody they may have a better understanding of Flight Engineering and Aeronautical Design than most of you will ever know.
Don't cut them short.

As to the other enterprises of GTEL I've seen this company change from Land Investment, Automobile Computer Leveling and Control, Bio-medical Kits to the present and all the others are long gone and forgotten, so play your card right and I hope you all make your Millions or at least a profit.
