the next tidbit of news is around the corner.

last year, they gave financial guidance on nov 17. In the 2nd quarter, they gave guidance early, I believe to stem the stock price decline at the time... so they may be able to deliver guidance early this time as well. Then, after that it's on to dec. 9

there also could be some license announcement anytime b/w now and then.

I don't see the stock risk until the hearing.

Which got me to thinking about the trial once again... it seems with every important court date with NOK, I get pretty nervous. However, this time it just seems different to me. I believe the current stock price is baked in with a loss. If a wedding cake comes out of the oven instead, it's gonna be some party.

we have ~3.20 in eps for the year w/o NOK right now.

For the record, I don't see NOK settling before the appeal decision. I thought the would do it before the ITC but they took it through instead.
