Can I see a show of hands of those that think this drop in PPS is artificially down to get someone bigger in? I know the volume isn't that high, but is it a case of "where there is smoke, there is fire"? No matter how long it takes to pop, some day it will be shoulda coulda woulda....may be Nov 2???
