To be honest, Oakley is new to me. I can't find much on the guy nor can I find anything negative about him as well.

I can only take him at his word at this point, for what its worth.

The newest report wasn't bad, but it really doesn't do too much for the current shareholder base besides providing a few more key facts for us to mull over and hypothesize on.

It could well be that this, in his opinion, is the best stock he has seen in 25 years.
