Here's a theory I have:

I think that someone has accumulated a lot of shares and basically sold him/herself 27.5 million shares from 1 account to another account yesterday. Why do I think this? There is no way that there were 27.5 million shares for sale at that price, therefore I think the buyer and seller (maybe same person) did this so that it would basically signal a breakout on the charts? Unprecedented volume and breaking through 50 dma. MACD also crossed over and Accu/Dist continues to soar through the roof. Anyone who truly believes in chart reading could easily create their own chart on a stock like this and if they really did just pass 27.5 million to another account the still have all of their shares and now have created a pretty chart.

This is the only way I can even fathom 27.5 million shares going off like it did yesterday.
