Here is a link to a finra PDF that describes his being fined after plea bargaining for illegal trading activities. But unless he acting as a hedge fund representative who is short EIGH I am not sure why this is pertinent to EIGH. That's my one post for today so I can add nothing more. The link gives more info so you can follow up if you like.
