this is why i thought it was absolutely vital that they were up to date before end of Q3 so they could register the subs and hand out the divys!

since they have 45 days after the end of Q3 to submit fins for Q3 then I'd say if they released the other info in the next 30 days they could still do this because Q3 would not be considered late.

I honestly don't know what to think anymore. I bought some more today and I still have a bid for about another 125k but if this takes another quarter to get done and they continue to give us the silent treatment and don't release any new info than I have a feeling my 22's won't look so good either.

According to June 23rd pr, there is no way that their auditor is still looking at their fins...they have to be done!!! what the hell are they waiting for?
