Ben you have a good point.If the Germans can pick up the company's 90% share so cheap why not.Thats why all the news about the Germans are so tight.Dragon is draging his feet so slow it is giving the Germans oportunity to own 90% stake of the company.Rest 10% they can pickup later.Black Dragon has enough asset to produce enough oil and gas to be profitable.Only lacking the fund.If the germans can pick up BDGR cheap and inject fund into it it might start producing 30K bbl/month.I do not know what is realy going on.
