MICRO Insider Pinch Plays

This came up on my scans. I did not buy it for a couple reasons.

1. Volume was a little low
2. I try not to trade stock under $1
3. I hate Bank stock ( just me I have had really bad luck with them)

As far as the pinch it is tight and could be a nice play. I would not enter until it breaks the 100 SMA on the 30 minute chart (about $.86). Also watch for the Accum/Dist line to turn up and the RSI (14) to cross 30 on the daily.
