AVNR-$3.05..FDA reviewers for AVP-923 are the same in October as ones from 2006! There is no change. That is important as they have been the ones that AVNR has been having active dialogue with. They gave the approvable letter in 2006. They will decide approval of AVP-923 in October. Huge vote of confidence for me. Some consistency within the FDA bureaucracy! (from 3/31 Earn Conf Call). Of course we know since we are one month out that there will not be an advisory panel meeting. Solid information on both fronts IMO!
