Jim-I am virtually certain that the Company would have had to obtain NOBO lists to count the shareholders of record. I'm equally certain that they didn't bother. It was simply part of the planned scam and was used to hide information during the P&D.

I am told by reliable sources that the original plan was to pump about 250 billion and then reverse. However, the cult promotion was so successful that I guess Urbie and his fellow scammers got greedy.

Were any of those new shares registered? We know the ones sold in SK weren't.

Lying to the sec about your reporting requirements is a big no no. Urbie and the gang are in deep skit without even considering the likely bank fraud they committed.
