NOBO is a list obtained from intermediaries containing the names, addresses, e-mail addresses and securities holdings of Non Objecting Beneficial Owners.

Intermediaries are generally brokerage firms who hold securities in accounts for their clients.

I believe there are firms that will provide NOBO lists on a subscription basis for issuers, but I'm not sure who those firms are.
