While I don't disagree with anything you said, I don't believe embryos develop into blastocysts 100% of the time, even in normal conditions. Therefore, a 100% success rate for the NED process is an unrealistic benchmark.
80%–85% of the biopsied embryos formed healthy blastocysts (Table S1 and Figure 1B, row a), a rate consistent with or higher than previously reported for both biopsied and nonbiopsied embryos (Geber and Sampaio, 1999; Palmer et al., 2002).
