Nope. When I put in my bid of .0031, the current bid was .003. So unless someone else did the same immediately before I did then I should have priority with the Etrade MM. Since I did not receive any of those shares then either:

1. I do not have priority
2. The shares that have been sold at .0031 are being routed to another MM

Maybe priority is reset each day...

Ive had this happen on other stocks too. Im not implying anything about ACDU.
