i, as well, have had that happen. not with this stock though, lol.. learned my lesson. just tryin to break even here... but I have TDA, and it happens in the pinky stinky land often enough. just hold your bid there and itll get eaten up eventually. sadly. sigh.

so blue as i understand this let us say you have your order to buy shares at .0031 from Etrade MM and I put in an order to buy shares at .0031 through Nite MM and of course you have had your order in 4 weeks ago I want in and put my order in yesterday. I then make waves to my middle man friend working for scotsdale for example who applies pressure to his friend nite and nite gets the shares instead of Etrade MM? That then becomes the good ole boy system does it not?

If you placed it as a GTC order, it should have priority assuming no orders were in front of it. On the other hand, while I do not subscribe to most MM conspiracies, I have indeed seen price move past my order before without a fill...MM's can choose to fill you or not.

I have bought shares on the bid here once or twice though, so that is definitely possible. If it were me, I'd move to .0032 and send NITE the finger.
