I think there is more work to be done at this point than just fitting the components in the housing. I doubt they would need a separate engineering firm just for that. Things like the magnetron transferring the energy to the water in the best way possible, the controller doing its thing, all the safety concerns both for the temperature and for the microwaves and so on.

That said, after reading the PR again I think there's a lot of good stuff there. At a first quick read it sounded a bit like fluff. Once a company is firmly involved with a schedule in place uncertainty will go down significantly, like someone was saying earlier. And they already have significant interest as well as a plan B with going to Asia. The pps could easily be over 10c by the end of the year since there aren't many shares available. Might not stay there but short bursts to high prices are definitely possible.
