The engineering company gets paid a flat fee for doing their work. I think it will take two weeks to get a contract with an engineering company. Robert Simoneau has already done the leg work so to speak. We have the components ready to be installed, it's just a matter of engineering taking the information from Mr. Simoneau and placing the componentws into the housing. This takes and engineering firm that has R & D experience. They are responsible for the final interior design that determines the size of the housing. R & D work is not easy by far and takes an experienced group of people or firm . At the same time the Engineering company will also have RFI's that I am sure they will send to Mr. Simoneau to clarify specific details. They draw up the final product design and WDRP accepts it. Then it's time to make some units for UL testing and also for determining the production line set up. It shouldn't take the engineering firm more than 5 week's to accomplish this IMHO. I know there are investors here that have more experience than I do and their opinion is welcomed !!!

As far as the PPS, as we move forward I still think by EOY we could maybe be at .10 to .15, depending on how streamlined everything is along with the name of the Engineering firm, their time line which should be included in the quotation along with the time line for production of the first units to be tested.

This is just my opinion folks. I am not an engineer and have never been directly involved in research and development, just common sense thinking.
