Deri, re: "legal issue" -- improperly registered shares, for one. Vis the EESO debacle, which focused on a slew of unregistered shares being sold. Same people are behind the MIKP, formerly PINR, shell.

Even if nothing illegal has been done with MIKP shares (MIKP came to be after SEC dropped the boom on EESO), who knows what happened back in the PINR days.

Technically, an RS requires accounting for all the outstanding shares and adjusting them. What if a couple hundred million sold to retailers (us) had never been registered? You might need time to buy them back at 0001 and "retire" them quietly before the RS.

This is, and remains, the pinks.

That said, there's no way to know what Mark's thinking (or doing) right now. Even if he said something by email or phone, it might not match the end decision.

We just have to wait and see. So goes with speculation. We place our bets and hope the Horse doesn't kick us in the face.

99.99% of all pinks are scams. Best to assume the other 0.01% are as well.
