At the same time Matt is leveraging the contacts he has made since starting the company plus the expertise they bring to the table. Case in point is the China deal. For zero investment we now own 10% of a Chinese sub yet to be announced and that has significant growth in China as a goal. And they happen to be well funded. Plus the 8.5% royalty which is all profit. For that we are the consultants. The experts. We order the equipment for these storage facilities, work with the builder to build them out based on our knowledge/experience, and train the staff.

Don't worry about the mule going blind just load the wagon.
