I think you're mising the most important factor. CBAI didn't just pay down the debt. They are also and to a large extent leveraing the dilution dollars to quickly grow the company which if correct will significantly raise the equity which in turn will raise the PPS. And they aren't done yet. The next big deal may very well include more dilution. But if the assets we are buying end up being much more valuable than the original investment all shareholders win. That is why I'm here and betting on CBAI. Time will tell.
