In short, from the description of PWTC's battery size, chemistry, density power, and other specs, the PWTC battery now falls quite a bit short of the new lithium EV batteries that have been out in the market the last 3 years. Which battery would you manufacture if you were a battery company? Which battery would you buy if you were a customer?
