Everyone knows now that if it wasn't for the court case distraction, the money would have been raised to do the 2nd half Sweden catalla lab tests which were the deep cycle test on the battery for $45,000, to see if it could act like a stable and long lasting EV car battery.

The excuse by LB why it wasn't done and the court case followed instead, was he claimed the brief short interim CEO, WM, was selling out the battery, which meant the company, to the Sweden money group. Whether with or without the company PWTC being the primary agent of the battery still. But that would have required director agreement, which WM didn't have unless he added to the directors which would have required director agreement too. So very unlikely.

By now shareholders could have known whether PWTC really had a viable deep cycle EV battery or if it was a bust. Assuming LB would be honest with us.

The only reason the court case followed after WM was fired and inventor AS left in anger, is LB never obtain absolute proof PWTC owned the battery by either PRs, SEC filings or 'assigned to' on the patent. The last especially should have been done under LB’s watch because the patent was passed by May 2000 when inventor AS and the battery were working for PWTC and claimed to be owned by PWTC.

Admittedly, the charger company APS never informally proved to shareholders they had a workable viable super battery charger or who owned rights to the patent. We just assumed APS did from the PRs and informal talks with the company. It wasn't until finally APS bought the patent from the inventor early 2004 for 3 million shares, and sold some initial chargers, and displayed a few pictures on the internet, which shareholders found on their own, that we knew for sure.

PWTC could end up surprising us like that too.

But from the description of PWTC's battery size, chemistry, density power, and other specs, the PWTC battery now falls quite a bit short of the new lithium EV batteries that have been out in the market the last 3 years.
