Sorry DMcD5 I had problems with my old account. I was formally known as silencedogood2010 and formally known as @.

The rule is when an entity has been served with a notice Either by returning said notice with cause or the notice is returned to sender address unknown, etc., the judge has up to 120 days to issue a decree upon the notice. Its like a failure to appear and a bench warrant is issued (criminal law), but in tort law it is a decree to either dimiss the case with prejudice or without (for those who did not return notice with cause), issue a hearing date for those who returned said notice with cause, or to let the order expire.

It seems they have a hearing scheduled. Even after the hearing and DMXC is granted a motion for return to trading status, it will take some time to send the order to the market makers. I see us resuming about the third week of august. If the court decides that DMXC did not file paperwork they could be fined. Since this is a real company and not an empty shell and the paperwork is for a now defunct company, the SEC in all likely hood will allow resumption of trading.
