Since you appear to be very knowledgeable in this area, I'm wondering if you've got any guesses on the time-frames for resolution in this matter ? The only info I've found to compare to, seems to indicate that the SEC has up to 120 days to put this on the docket. Here's an excerpt from another blanket ruling I found on their 'litigations' page as an example:

This Order shall be served forthwith upon Respondents personally or by certified,
registered, or Express Mail, or by other means of verifiable delivery.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Administrative Law Judge shall issue an
initial decision no later than 120 days from the date of service of this Order, pursuant to
Rule 360(a)(2) of the Commission’s Rules of Practice [17 C.F.R. § 201.360(a)(2)].
